This policy applies to eligible purchases made directly from DSTORE11. Contact us before sending a product back so we can provide return instructions.

Return window and condition

You may request an eligible return within 30 days of receiving the item. Keep the item unused, complete and in its original packaging, with labels, accessories and any hygiene seal intact. Include your proof of purchase or order reference.

Beauty and personal-care hygiene

Opened or used makeup sponges, brushes, headbands and other personal-care items that touch the skin may be ineligible for a change-of-mind return for hygiene reasons. Sealed items must remain sealed for an ordinary change-of-mind return. Do not test a product if you intend to return it unused.

These restrictions do not prevent you from reporting an item that arrived damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise not as described. Contact us so the problem can be reviewed. Your rights under applicable law are not limited by this policy.

How to request a return

Email dstore11wholesale@gmail.com with your order reference, the item and the reason for your request. For damage or an incorrect item, include clear photos where possible. We aim to respond within 48 hours, including weekends.

Return address and costs

Our confirmed U.S. return address is DSTORE11, 896 Florida Parkway, Kissimmee, FL 34743, United States. Please obtain return instructions before sending anything. We provide a prepaid return label for an approved eligible return and do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will tell you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within two business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears in your account.

Before ordering

Product images are illustrations. Confirm the supplied item, material, dimensions and pack contents before ordering. Online payment integration remains in progress; no order or payment can currently be submitted through checkout.
